Responsible Gambling

At this website, we are committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. While online casinos like RocketPlay offer entertainment and excitement, it's important to recognise that gambling carries risks. This page provides guidance and resources to help Australian players gamble responsibly.

Understanding Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, income, or background. Signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include:

  • Spending more money or time gambling than you intended
  • Chasing losses — trying to win back money you've lost
  • Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
  • Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities due to gambling
  • Feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed when not gambling

If you recognise any of these signs in yourself or someone you know, it's important to seek help immediately.

Tools Available at RocketPlay Casino

RocketPlay Casino provides a range of responsible gambling tools to help players stay in control:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you deposit
  • Loss Limits: Restrict how much you can lose over a given period
  • Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logouts after a set play time
  • Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the casino for a set number of days
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the casino
  • Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you've been playing

Australian Support Resources

If you need help with a gambling problem, free and confidential support is available in Australia 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Tips for Safe Gambling

  • Set a budget before you play and never exceed it
  • Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
  • Never gamble when you're upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol
  • Take regular breaks — don't spend hours at the casino in one sitting
  • Don't chase losses — accept that losing is part of gambling
  • Keep gambling as entertainment, not a way to make money
  • Balance gambling with other social and recreational activities

Age Verification

This website is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Online gambling is illegal for minors in Australia. RocketPlay Casino verifies the age and identity of all players before allowing real-money play. If you are concerned about a minor accessing gambling sites, we recommend using parental control software.
